Josia is a Lead Partner at JODI & Associates and a full-time legal practitioner, heading the Litigation Department. He has a strong background in commercial litigation and has gained significant experience during his five years as an Associate at FK Law Chambers, where he led all commercial litigation cases.

Josia’s primary areas of expertise include insurance law, employment law, intellectual property law, commercial law, company law, banking law, family law, and succession law (Probate and Administration of Estates). He is also well-versed in dispute resolution and general litigation.

During his time at FK Law Chambers, Josia worked with several prominent corporate clients, such as Vodacom Tanzania Limited, Standard Chartered Bank Tanzania Limited, NBC Bank Limited, Access Bank Tanzania Limited, Stanbic Bank Tanzania Limited, WiA Group Limited, Delina Group Limited, Bora Industries Limited, Bioshape Tanzania Limited, and A1 Outdoor (T) Limited. While representing these clients, he handled major commercial transactions and disputes, intellectual property matters, debt recovery, land and conveyancing issues, as well as labor-related disputes.

Josia is an active member of the East Africa Law Society and the Tanganyika Law Society, where he contributes to the legal profession in Tanzania Mainland.
